Red Bridge Berries (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides strawberry-based products for purchase through this website. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products and Orders
We take great care to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or other issues.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in NZD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods provided at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped as promptly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

If the shipping fee ends up significantly more than quoted we reserve the rights to hold the product and re invoice shipping before the final product is sent.

5. Returns and Refunds
At Red Bridge Berries, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless one of the following conditions applies:

The item arrives damaged, or the item arrives unsealed.

If your order meets either of these conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bex@redbridgeberries.co.nz, including your order number and photos of the affected item(s). We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
